Do not

• Use the service to stalk, harass, discriminate against, threaten, or unlawfully profile a person.
• Attempt to bypass privacy suppression, authentication, quotas, rate limits, demo isolation, or source restrictions.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Parcel APIs or an upstream authority.
• Publish credentials or use automated account creation, payment fraud, or misleading identities.
• Represent API output as a legal survey, title opinion, or guaranteed boundary.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access when activity threatens people, sources, customers, or service integrity. We preserve an audit record for administrative actions.
