Service
Parcel APIs provides normalized access to released public parcel information. Coverage, fields, update timing, and source availability vary by jurisdiction. Preview and demo data are not production service commitments.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for account security, API-key confidentiality, and activity performed with your credentials. Keys must not be resold, published, or used to bypass plan limits.
Billing
Paid access follows the plan, interval, request allowance, and renewal terms shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Crypto or stablecoin availability is limited to methods Stripe actually offers for the account at checkout.
Availability and liability
Public sources can change, fail, or correct records without notice. The service is provided without a guarantee that a parcel record is suitable for surveying, title, legal-boundary, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.
