Account data
Parcel APIs uses Hexclave to authenticate accounts. We process the account identifier, email address, verification state, selected sign-in methods, plan entitlement, and API-key metadata needed to operate the service. Secret API-key values are shown only when created.
API usage
We retain request timing, key identifier, route, response status, quota consumption, and diagnostic request ID for security, billing, reliability, and abuse prevention. We do not require customer application payloads beyond the parameters needed to answer a parcel request.
Parcel records
Parcel responses are derived from public-authority sources and are subject to source-specific privacy suppression before release. The source authority and observation metadata accompany released records.
Payments and email
Stripe processes payment details; Parcel APIs does not store full card credentials. Resend processes transactional and inbound support email. Their own policies also apply to data they process.
